Our story
The reason for inBeta
Over the past few years, people have dramatically changed how they live and work. This has created an adjustment of mindset and focus, in life as in work. Pensions to become the purpose, a nine-till-five to become whenever, the office replaced with wherever, and how we work? People described this period as "the new normal", with inBeta, we founded throughout this time, to be abnormal.
Read about our story
Our leadership team
Having enjoyed successful senior management careers inside various large companies, we founded InBeta because we experienced first-hand the negative impact of subjectivity and biases that are commonplace in recruiting practices. We now provide a platform for individuals where philosophies, vulnerabilities, strengths, and weaknesses can be empowered, to become influential leaders that embrace difference and create a culture in which people can make the most of their talent.

Our culture
We focus on creating a culture of inclusivity, diversity and acceptance
When discussing talent acquisition, you must immediately recognise that the world of work is full of diverse and incredibly talented people. At inBeta, we welcome differences and empower individuality, providing the tools to manifest that spark inside when bringing together a team to create not just a company but a community. However, we know this journey will never end, and to continue to enhance our diversity and ensure inclusion for all, internally as well as externally, we must consistently challenge ourselves to be different. Therefore, inBeta is not just the name of our organisation; it's our guiding principle for operating as a business and nurturing our culture, strengthening the unique combination of our diverse skills and perspectives by being in perpetual development. inBeta, = in perpetual development (pronunciation: in-beɪt̬ə)

What it's like working at InBeta
We're always looking for exceptional people to join our team, but we must be honest. inBeta is a startup, to scaleup looking to make a global impact.
These words either excite people or send shivers down their spine, and that's ok. A business like inBeta, at our present stage, is a continual unknown; every day for us is uncharted waters!
This means fun, creativity, and rapid career growth. It also means incredible agility is required and suits deeply ambitious people with a high work ethic supported by intellectual rigour and the ability to think outside the box. However, we can promise that we believe in nurturing people to improve them. Providing dedication, motivation, trust, transparency and, most importantly, listening - meaning having the freedom to work in your own way.
